Bit gross actually very gross but it did what it was suppose to do, after struggling with congestion and hearing I decided to give this a go and I was shocked to say the least. Who know how bad your ears can get, I feel this helped with not only wax but pressure in my sinuses too, value for money, easy to use, easy to clean. Very effective and comfortable to use
